    same update installs on shutdown

    PC installs 4 updates every time I switch off. I got help recently for finding control panel from task manager and Goku gave me a disinfect routine which I followed but I'm still getting these 4 updates install each time I switch off. Any ideas?

    Please Help.

    Well basically, when i go to shut down my computer it freezes when it gets to "Windows is shutting down", but it only freezes if my pc has been on for longer than around 30mins/hour. When i go to shut down my computer using start, i get an error message about dumprep and something like...
