PC Locks up only when playing Certain Multiplayer Games

Hi. I have been having this problem for ages which my PC will Lock up after playing about 10 minutes in multiplayer games and require me having to manually turn off the PC and turn it back on. I have tried loads of fixes such as driver updates, cleaning of my PC etc. but nothing worked. What happens is the PC will instantly lock and the screen will freeze, there is also a loop of audio but only a loop of about 0.5 of a second of audio so its just a loud noise really. Singleplayer, i can play games for hours on end, no problems. Can you help me? Thanks. :confused:
Some of the Games i have noticed crashing are:
Battlefield 3
Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon Future Soldier
Assassins Creed: Brotherhood

Specs:
Intel core i5 650 @ 3.2 GHz
Nvidia GTX 570 1.28Gb
8gb RAM
Windows 7 64bit
Hanns-G HS233 120Hz Monitor
