I have a Lenovo ThinkCentre M720q, the tiny one. Lenovo sell a USB optical drive specifically for this model but I bought a Verbatim one because it was cheaper. I connected it up and it worked fine. But when I started the computer the next day the drive isn't recognized, not listed as an optical drive. Just as as a USB device that isn't recognised.
Is there way to make Windows recognise the drive every time I boot or am I going to have to plug it in when I need it?
My external hard drive works every time OK.
