White screen of death

Hi to all, I restarted my computer last night and on restarting it came up with a totally white screen.The only thing I can do is the old ctrl alt delete and it only shows a black screen with lock,switch user,shut down task manager and cancel. On my phone I asked Google and it said go into repair tool or safe mode but I cant do any of that. Anybody experience this ?

Is this your new machine that you were asking about earlier?

I don't have Win11 so cannot verify this for you ...... but try this to get to Safe Mode .....

On the Windows sign-in screen, press and hold the Shift key while you select Power > Restart .

Thanks for your reply I will try that, right now I am back on my old computer.

Thanks ,that fix didn't work but I was able to fix it with the uninstall latest update and reset, lets hope it stays fixed.
